1. Information Collection and Use

The Green Board mobile application ("the App") is developed and provided by GreenOn International Co.,Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). We hold your privacy in the highest regard. The App does NOT collect, monitor, track, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information, device identifiers, usage analytics, or location data.

You can use all features of the App without creating an account or providing personal details. No user data is ever transmitted across external networks to our servers or any third parties.

2. Local Data Processing & Storage

All handwriting strokes, sketches, drawings, or exported document files created within the App are processed and stored exclusively on your local device or within storage locations explicitly designated by you. We do not have access to, nor do we store, view, or back up your notes and artwork.

3. Device Permissions

To ensure proper hardware communication and file management, the App may request access to specific system permissions only when necessary:

  • Bluetooth: Used solely to discover and pair with Green Board electronic writing tablet hardware to receive real-time drawing and stroke data. It is never used for location tracking, beacon monitoring, or device fingerprinting.
  • Photos / Storage: Used solely when you voluntarily export or save drawings and notes directly to your device photo gallery or local storage directory. The App does not read, access, or upload any other personal photos or unrelated files.

4. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The App does NOT integrate any third-party ad networks, tracking analytics SDKs, or social media tracking pixels. We do not engage in targeted advertising, profiling, or data brokerage. No user data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

5. Children's Privacy

Our products and applications are designed for all age groups, including educational use. Because the App strictly does not collect any personal data, it fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international child data protection regulations. We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from children under the age of 13.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to maintain compliance with relevant legal standards and platform policies. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with a revised date.
